The Wilesco D5 Steam Engine Kit, with this kit, young steam fans are shown how nostalgic energy is created. For this purpose every kit contains an easy to understand and illustrated instruction pamphlet. Even the least experienced model builder can assemble this kit in a very short time.
The assembly contains no soldering work as all components are screwed together. This kit has the same specifications as the factory produced D6 Steam Engine, and can be used to drive the models from the WILESCO range.

Please be aware that we will require you to prove ownership of a valid explosives precursors and poisons (EPP) licence which is issued by the UK Government in order to be able to purchase the solid fuel for your Wilesco or Mamod live steam engine.
We need a copy of this along with photo ID before we can dispatch solid fuel to you.

Please be sure to give us your mobile phone number when ordering as DPD offer an email/text message option to enable you to receive notification of despatch and estimated delivery time. The express service requires a signature on delivery and must be ordered before 2pm for next working day delivery. The courier does not deliver on a weekend or bank holidays.
